Abstrakt:	The article profiles Maggie Kwan, a native of Hong Kong, China, who migrated to Albany with her family when she was 11 years old and the director of Tishman Construction Corp. of New York. She has excelled in construction industry, a field largely dominated by men and has done some of the city's highest-profile construction assignments, including the 7 World Trade Center and Plaza Hotel. She has far better social skills than a typical engineer that contribute to her outstanding performance.
