The article focuses on the remarks of the New Jersey business sector on the toll road plan of Governor Jon Corzine released in January 2007. The business communily liked some paris of the plan, including proposals to freeze spending, require voter approved for future state borrowing and fund road, bridge and mass transit projects for 75 years. However, businesses is not in favor of raising tolls by 50 percent every four years starting in 2010. |
