It notes that Jersey manufacturer Blueberry Health Inc. is a joint venture between blueberry farmers, Rutgers University in New Brunswick and Herbalist & Alchemist Inc. It cites that the antioxidant qualities of the blueberry are in accord with the increasing popularity of health foods. |
