| Abstrakt: |
The article reports on the success of State Assemblyman Adam Bradley and other reformers in passing health care insurance reform bills in New York. One bill has required the insurance companies to stick to a uniform coding systems of procedures unlike before. Another bill passed by the legislature has contracted the look back, that is, the period of time in which a health maintenance organization can ask for money back from a provider because of overpayment. |
