Abstrakt: The article focuses on the positive financial impact the Iraq War has had on the Sultan Al Essa family of Kuwait. The family dominates a military supply company called Public Warehousing Co., which delivers supplies to U.S. troops in Iraq and has been able to get billions of dollars in work from the U.S. Defense Department. A discussion of an investigation which the U.S. is conducting into the company to determine if it overcharged the U.S. Pentagon by as much as $374 million is presented.
