The article announces the Public Art Competition held on the fourth floor of the Yonkers' Riverfront Library to make a lasting contribution in the revitalization of New York. The final presentation was held after the submission of the art works. The competition was open to all local and permanent sculptor. It was participated by renowned international sculptors including Steve Gillman from California, Brower Hatcher and Dennis Oppenheim. |
