Abstrakt:	The article reports on the search of Conexant Systems Inc., a Newport Beach, California-based maker of chips for high-speed Internet connections, set-top television boxes, modems and networking, for new chief executive officer (CEO). It is stated that the company's search of new CEO started after its CEO Dwight Decker, announced his plan of retirement in the fall of 2007. Accordingly, Conexant's board members has formed a search committee.
