The author expresses his welcome to gym operator LA Fitness, considered to be the newest business enterprise to have leased a part of Business Journal's building. He claims that LA Fitness have subleased three floors from Orange-based ACC Capital Holdings. Aside from ACC Capital Holdings, he remembers there has also been the Instafi.com that occupied the same place before. However, since LA Fitness is the newest and the latest so far, he extends his warmth welcome for it. |
