The article reports on the proposed health plan carried out by Democratic Senators Donald Williams Jr. and Joseph Crisco in Connecticut. The proposed $450 million Health First plan has been carried out in order to compete the Charter Oak health plan of Governor M. Jodi Rell. Information regarding the applicability and significance of the said health plans to the community is discussed. |
