Abstrakt: The article reports on the expected increase in the number of lawyers in the litigation sector in Japan. The legal system of Japan is appealing to lawyers, prosecutors, and judges to handle criminal and civil cases. Hideaki Kubori, a corporate lawyer and a professional at Omiya Law School, says that more and more people are beginning to take their troubles to court. Japan has roughly 22,000 lawyers, and the government has decided to more than double this number to 50,000 by 2018.
