Abstrakt:	The article reports on the use of car donation as a deduction from federal tax through car4charities in the U.S. The donor upon donating his car to any of the charities will benefit from a $ 500 dollar tax deduction. The sale price of the car becomes the amount the donor can deduct from the itemized federal tax return.
