The article reports on the appointment of lawyer Robert Kresse as chairman of the Niagara River Greenway Commission. The appointment gives Kresse an opportunity to bring the Niagara River Parkway to the New York side of the waterway. The panel has been assigned by the state to develop a master plan for environmental protection and economic development along the waterfront from Buffalo to Youngstown, New York. |
