MECHANICSBURG, Pa., March 12, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- When Carolyn Doerr and the team at Caring Transitions of Mechanicsburg started 2018, they set their sights on big goals and started strong. But in February of last year, Carolyn was diagnosed with a rare cancer and, in June, had a recurrence and had to undergo chemotherapy for six months.
