The article presents photographs showing the dedication ceremony offered to late oilman Patrick Taylor. Flo Schornstein, founder of the nonprofit Parkway Partners, dedicates a plaque in honor of Pat Taylor during a ceremony at Lee Circle. A plaque donated by Parkway Partners is placed at Lee Circle in dedication for Taylor for helping fend the beautification of Lee Circle. |
