The article focuses on the things that must be done by the investors before the end of 2005 in order to take the best advantage of the tax law and to fulfill requirements. If the investors want to offset realized gains by taking losses, then they have to execute their trade order before the end of 2005. If the employers allow the investors to make changes in their retirement plans, hen the investors must try to increase the amount of money contributed to their employer sponsored plan. This will likely reduce their income tax liability and increase the chances of a fruitful retirement. |
