Abstrakt:	The article presents information related to the hospitality industry in Detroit, Michigan. A new bar Hockeytown Café, which opened in 1998, is part of Ilitch Holdings, which is owned by Mike and Marian Ilitch. It was due for an upgrade. Wine consultant Michael Green, who spoke last month at the Michigan Restaurant Show, said many restaurateurs are missing opportunities to sell wine. The 2006 Zagat Survey for Detroit, released last month, produced few surprises this year. It once again ranked Townsend Hotel's Rugby Grille in Birmingham first for food in metro Detroit.
