The article reports on the faculty members at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) who have joined students in their pro-Palestinian protests against the war in Gaza as they encamp on campus. It informs about the ties of some faculty members to the Faculty and Stadd for Justice in Palestine and their negotiation with the university administration. Focus is also given on the moral obligation of faculty members to protect free speech and the welfare of other students. |
