The article reports on the trial for Jennifer Crumbley, mother of then 15-year old Ethan Crumbley who killed four students at Oxford High School in Michigan in 2021, on charges of involuntary manslaughter for the deaths in the school shooting. It considers the criminal liability of the parent for an intentional mass shooting. It reveals the negligence of Ethan's parents to care for him despite his mental health issue, as well as their attempt to avoid a prosecution. |
