DUN LAOGHAIRE RATHDOWN COUNTY COUNCIL We, Adrian & Helen Waters intend to apply for permission for development at this site: Elm Lodge, 85 Monkstown Road, Co. Dublin, A94 YV22. The development will consist of: (1) The change of use of the existing front return, from dentist surgery to residential use. (2) A new single-storey rear extension. (3) A new pitched roof extending over the existing rear return. (4) The removal of an existing window to the east elevation. (5) The provision of new rooflights. (6) The provision of a new external covered area to the rear of the existing house. The planning application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at the offices of the Planning Authority, County Hall, Dun Laoghaire during its public opening hours.
