The article reports that entrepreneurs speak well of the mayor, but enough with the ticketing already When Mayor Michael Bloomberg scheduled a walking tour of shops in the Kingsbridge neighborhood of the Bronx last summer, Katherine Broihier was worried. As head of the local business improvement district, she had spent many hours listening to her merchants vent their frustrations about the mayor's minions from their ceaseless ticketing of delivery trucks to their relentless citations for unkempt sidewalks. All across the bluest of American cities, the reaction among small business owners to the red-party mayor is much the same. |
