The article focuses on Stanley Plodzie who received the James A. Hamilton Founder's Award, the highest honor given by the New Hampshire Hospital Association in Concord. Plodzie is retiring as vice president for patient services/chief nursing officer for Portsmouth Regional Hospital after 23 years of service. The award was presented at the Association's annual meeting at the Balsams Grand Resort Hotel in Dixville Notch. Both G. William Helm, board chair for New London Hospital, and John Dwyer, a 15-year board member for Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua, received the Outstanding Trustee of the Year Award. |
