DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL I Maire Ni Bhradaigh intend to apply for (i) permission and (ii) retention permission for development at 12 Windsor Villas, Fairview, Dublin 3 D03 H5K2. The proposed work will consist of building a partly obscured oriel window on the upper floor rear wall of the house. Retention permission is sought for changes to Registry Reference 2662/18 consisting of converting the carport to an enclosed garage, relocating a front ground floor window, extending the kitchen, enclosing the upper floor front void and extending the upper floor bedroom for wardrobe storage space, building an obscured glass rear landing window and a utility room with a rear-facing obscured glass fixed window. The works also include raising the rear parapet wall for a sedum roof above the living area. The planning application may be inspected, or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Dublin City Council during its public opening hours and a submission or observation in relation to the application may be made to the authority in writing on payment of the prescribed fee within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application.
