THE chief executive of the English Rugby Union has warned that the prospect of the sport being postponed into 2021 would carry 'catastrophic' consequences. Describing what he feels could be a worst-case scenario, Bill Sweeney was giving evidence yesterday to the Digital, Culture, Media and Sport committee.
