Chocolate treats created in kitchens of Candy Designs by Fran Greenfield are showcased in a feature article in the Summer 2004 issue of the periodical "Martha Stewart Weddings." The article called "Chocolate Favors," includes a fan-shaped chocolate treat created by chocolatier Greenfield, who says this exposure "is a great thrill." Greenfield's chocolate is one of many featured in the six-page spread, but is the only local firm mentioned. The journal had contacted Greenfield and requested some samples for their upcoming magazine. The company had gotten hold of Greenfield's bridal brochure, which included the sample of the fan they were interested in. That design became a part of their Summer Issue. |
