On your bike! MS fails to make top 21.

Abstrakt: PELOTON, the fitness bikes maker, has followed the tradition of hot US tech start-ups by appointing a ridiculous number of banks for its stock-market debut. No fewer than 21 lenders are listed, including home-grown champion Barclays. But one name conspicuous by its absence is Morgan Stanley. Peloton's chief financial officer Jill Woodworth spent 12 years as a banker at Morgan Stanley before moving to JPMorgan (which gets a plum role on the ticket). Does she know so much about the bank she decided to give it a swerve? PELOTON is keen to keep it in the family. Chief executive John Foley, who claims it "sells happiness" rather than bikes (no laughing at the back), is married to Jill Foley (salary: $191,000 a year). Kate Kushi, the daughter of chief legal officer Hisao Kushi, is brand marketing campaign co-ordinator. Nice to see nepotism alive and well. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
