This article presents information about status and position of various women executives. Kelly Victory is 43 and serves as chief medical officer for Whole Health Management Inc., a Beachwood firm that sets up in-house health care clinics at large companies such as Continental Airlines and Nissan. She also is a co-founder of Neopreneur Exchange, a local organization that supports entrepreneurs, and is a trustee of the Town Hall speakers bureau. The current chairman of the Council of Smaller Enterprises, Jeanne Halladay Coughlin is the first COSE staff member to rise to that nonpaying position with the 16,000-member organization. And she is taking on that task as the organization tries to mesh with its new partners in the Greater Cleveland Partnership. |
