The PM's deal is a bad one: it's rational for MPs to say no.

Abstrakt: TOMORROW night the Prime Minister would have lost the vote on her withdrawal agreement with the European Union. So she had to delay. But the House of Commons is acting perfectly rationally. The deal that Theresa May negotiated is a bad one. The claim that voting it down now will lead either to "no-deal chaos" or another referendum is — for the next three months at least — simply not credible. Parliament is right to call the Prime Minister's bluff, to pause and take stock. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
