The article focuses on the efforts of Filipino government to print e-passports to meet the growing demand of Filipinos who are able to afford the cheaper plane fares and travel packages. Topics discussed include contract with pass port printers such as APO Production jointly with United Graphics, National Printing and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, responsibility of printers to deliver printed passports, and role of Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA). |
