LOGISTICS COORDINATOR (Chinese Market) €30,000 per annum Oversee and coordinate the daily Supply Chain activities with complete ownership for our Logistics, Warehousing and Procurement functions, providing hands-on leadership to meet organizational goals We are looking for A reliable, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our Logistics team as Logistics Coordinator. The successful candidate will bring demonstrated skills as a logistics coordinator in the Chinese Market, with little supervision, able to track multiple processes and outstanding organisation and coordination abilities. Main job responsibilities • Sourcing materials from China • Inspect shipments from/to China to ensure correct fulfilment • Receive returned materials and update / reconcile inventory records. for items consumed • Build, assess and modify work flows and processes as deemed necessary to meet/exceed our internal customer commitments and company goals • Respond to internal customer problems or complaints, in particular from our customers in the Chinese Market • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and health & safety requirements • Promote and maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment Your Qualifications & Competences • High School Diploma or equivalent • 5 years related experience • Demonstrated proficiency in purchasing and inventory control • Import and Export experience with specific experience in the Chinese market essential • Experience with modular designed materials is required • Must be well organised and able to maintain consistently accurate records. and demonstrate the ability to tactfully guide and influence others • Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills • Must be fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese • Enjoys working in a collaborative environment • Displays a confident and capable manner when required to make informed decisions • Analyses information and data to assess options, solve problems, and make informed choices • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written • Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects, delivering on time, with attention to detail • Proficient and confident using MS Office, the internet and e-mail Please submit CV to pwrenovation@ gmail.com [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER] |
