Abstrakt: Governor Rod Blagojevich is speculated to be running for the U.S. vice-presidential nomination next year. On paper, Blagojevich has credible credentials. He has served as a lawmaker in Springfield and Washington D.C. before being elected as a governor. His political consigliere, David Wilhelm has decided that Blagojevich equals the right stuff. The governor is a poster boy for the white-ethnic vote the Democrats need to topple U.S. President George W. Bush. In today's polyglot society, white ethnic defectors to the GOP can relate to Blagojevich.
