Abstrakt:	The article presents the author's views on American retail firm Wal-Mart Stores Inc.'s measures to improve wages and employment practices as of June 12, 2015. Wal-Mart's history is explored which is the largest employer worldwide and the biggest firm based on revenue. However, it has a high employee turnover due to bad employment practices. Also examined is the possible impact of Wal-Mart's decision to increase minimum wage.
