Abstrakt:	The article discusses the different factors and reasons behind water storage tanks' shape, size and placement. Topics include the consideration of water filter systems' tolerance in designing water containment, placement of geomembrane lining in reservoirs to avoid leaks from cracks due to temperature changes and seismic activity, and the use of flexible covers to avoid unwanted contaminants. Also mentioned are potable and onsite water storage.
