Abstrakt: Highlights: [•] Resistance profile of Schoenoplectus juncoides with an Asp376Glu mutation in ALS was studied. [•] The whole plants were resistant to SU and PC herbicides, but not to an IMI herbicide. [•] The mutated ALS expressed in Escherichia coli was resistant to SU, PC and IMI in vitro.
