| Abstrakt: | The article presents information on the context climate finance that is seen as a source to play key role in international climate negotiations. It informs that the developing countries must avoid the mistakes commonly made by the developed during industrialization, and should establish low-carbon economies. It further informs that the developed countries have already pledged for extensive funding for climate measures in developing and industrializing ones. |
