Abstrakt:	The article discusses the health risks posed to infants by nanosilver present in textiles. The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) filed a suit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for a conditional registration granted by the latter in December 2011 to a nanosilver-based antimicrobial fabric treatment manufactured by Swiss chemicals company HeiQ. Researchers say that nanosilver has many benefits and it is a powerful antimicrobial, but it also has some health risks.
