Abstrakt: The article presents a study on the effect of copper exposure and concentration on the oxygen tolerance of fathead minnows (Pimephales promelas). The study used Perkin-Elmer Corp.'s Model 2380 atomic absorption spectrophotometer to measure copper in the aquarium of fathead minnows while oxygen tolerance was analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis Nonparametric multisample analysis. Results showed that fish exposed to higher copper concentration has decreased oxygen tolerance.
