Abstrakt: The article presents a study on the identification of polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB)-product formed from Paul's Scarlet rose culture cells. The study utilized the carbon-14 labeled 2-chlorobiphenyl to expose the Paul's Scarlet rose culture. The results showed that plant cells can glycosylate and hydroxylate a chlorinated biphenyl.
