Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study which aims to examine the levels of metal concentrations in the organs of wild rats and birds in the Northern Guinea Savanna of Nigeria. The study used suckling and adult rats and adult birds whose liver, heart, and kidney were examined. Results show that adult rats and birds have the highest Nickel (Na), Phosphorus (P), and Iron (Fe) concentrations in the liver while suckling and adult rats have the highest Potassium (K) and Zinc (Zn) concentrations in the kidney. |
