Abstrakt:	The article presents a study which investigates the impact of subsurface drainage on metolachlor and atrazine runoff losses. The study was accomplished on nine plots at Ben Hur Farms at the Louisiana Agricultural Experiments Station. Results show that the early runoff executed the highest pressure of the herbicides on the runoff losses.
