| Abstrakt: | The article presents a study which examines the effect of endosulfan pesticide in the glutathione (GSH) and Glutathione S-transferase (GSH S-transferase) content in Paratelphusa hydrodromus premoult field crab. Study used Hamilton microsyringe to inject endosulfan from the crabs' hemocoel to walking leg's arthrodial membrane. Results show an increase in GSH's content and GSH Stransferase activity induction in the crab after the endosulfan administration. |
