Toxicity of acrylonitrile on human KB cells in culture.

Abstrakt:	The article presents a study which examines the toxicity of acrylonitrile compounds in cultured human KB cells. Study used toxicity test methods and scanning electron microscope (SEM) to observe the cultured cells and the morphological changes in the cell surface. Results reveal the level of acrylonitrile's toxicity which is greater than various compounds than carbon disulfide, 1,2-dichloroethane, and nitrobenzene.
