Abstrakt: The article presents a study which measures the effects of dyes on the melting temperature of mutagenicity and DNA and investigates the correlation between dyes' values and cell growth inhibition. The study used the spectrophotometer, which measured the solution phase of a dye concentration after centrifuging. Results show that the pH measurement of the isoelectric point of cells was 6.3 and considered Langumuir's equation as an application.
