Abstrakt: The article presents a study which examines the existence of trace elements in fish from Shatt al-Arab River and Arabian Gulf in Iraq. Study used various such as trace element analysis, atomic absorption, and standard addition methods. Results reveal the low concentration of several trace elements in the water areas such as Cadmium (Cd), manganese (Mn), and lead (Pb). Furthermore, several elements including Cobalt (Co), Nitrogen (N), and Zinc (Zn) are found to be of high concentrations.
