Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study on the purification and properties of azoreductase. The study used cell suspension of resting cells of cultured Pseudomonas cepacia which was treated with ultrasonic waves while centrifugation of cell homogenates was conducted. Results showed that ultrasonic treatment formed aniline and p- phenylenediamine while p-aminoazobenzene decreased. |
