Abstrakt: The article presents a study on the immune toxicity in humans due to chronic or acute exposure in 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) at Quail Run Mobile Home Park in Missouri. The study involved in vivo assessment of cellular immune function and T lymphocyte subset analysis to detect TCDD exposure among participants. Results show T cell population and function disturbances in a small percentage of TCDD exposed residents.
