The article recounts how Dr. Emily Abrams Massey, principle of Seaborn Lee Elementary School in East Point, Georgia, promote healthy living at the school. When she found a rise of children suffering from medical conditions, Massey wrote Dr. Yvonne Sanders Butler to get her opinion on how to save those school children in terms of their food consumption. It relates that her school has received a Healthy Kids, Smart Kids garden grant from Butler to educate children how to grow healthy food. |
