The article reports on the prevalence of particle pollution in the U.S. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), particles such as from freeway pollution may get deep into the lungs and bloodstream of people. It informs about the annual State of the Air report released by the American Lung Association related to the ozone and particle pollution levels across the U.S. It further tells that air quality has been improved in many regions of the country. |
