Abstrakt: The article offers information on a study which investigated the relationship between leatherback turtle nest distribution and beach erosion pattern at Levera Beach, Grenada, West Indies. A description of the study area is offered. Identified anthropogenic threats at Levera Beach are illegal egg poaching, illegal harvest of nesting females and pollution, among others. The documentation of the locations of nesting event from May to June 2005 was performed. A comparison of nest distribution to the distribution of nests from 2001 to 2004 was also noted.
