The article observes the reluctance in forwarding geo-engineering as an option for the mitigation of environmental issues. The author informs readers about geo-engineering and hopes to recruit more groups to the Hands Off Mother Earth campaign of the ETC group. She observes the lack of consensus among organizations and governments to opt for geo-engineering technologies. She also notes the scattered governance of geo-engineering across several multilateral bodies. She asserts the need for a more comprehensive approach to govern the sector. |
