In this article the author discusses aspects of the solar power expansion race faced by the U.S. He states that the U.S. is playing catch up to the solar race but does not taking any steps or measures that foreign competitors have since it was regarded as a routine. He also claims that the country needs to strengthen solar incentives in order to be competitive. |
